Melnikov house

   Single dwelling house, the world famous monument of Soviet avant-garde. It was built in the years 1927-1929 in Krivoarbatskom Lane in Moscow to draft a prominent Soviet architect Konstantin Melnikov for himself and his family.

   The house-studio is a pinnacle of creativity KS Melnikov and different innovative design features, original art, and volume-spatial composition, sound functional planning. Single residential mansion in central Moscow - a unique example for the Soviet era this kind of construction.

   Currently, the building is in poor condition.
